Article 1 – COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

Digital content as well as all elements reproduced on the site (in particular videos, texts, comments, illustrations, logos and iconographic documents) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and by applicable international standards. As such, the Digital Content is intended solely for strictly personal and private use. Any reproduction, adaptation or representation in any form and by any means whatsoever, and in particular any exchange, resale, rental or transfer to a third party of digital content is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright subject to prosecution. criminal.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICE

The prices charged by Cycle Boat are indicated on the WEBSITE.
The prices indicated by Cycle Boat are in euros, all taxes included, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the services.
Cycle Boat reserves the right to modify the prices appearing on its website at any time.
In all cases, the service will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force and mentioned on the site at the time of booking.
If only 4 USERS wish to participate in a tour that can accommodate a minimum of 5 USERS, a SESSION for 5 USERS must nevertheless be reserved.
Any other service will result in additional invoicing.
Cycle Boat reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any BUYER will pay the amount relating to the rate in effect at the time of their reservation.

ARTICLE 3 – RESERVATION

Reserving a Cycle Boat tour is subject to payment of a advance deposit on the website.
The balance of the reservation is paid on site depending on the number of participants on the day of reservation. Cycle Boat does not have a card payment system.
All reservations are made from the WEBSITE or processed by Cycle Boat staff. The reservation is only firm and final after receipt of the reservation confirmation email, which is sent to the BUYER at the end of the payment process.
In the case of reservations made by Cycle Boat staff, the BUYER accepts without any reservation that this type of reservation does not entail any liability on the part of Cycle Boat or its staff, the staff then acting only in as an entry operator according to the instructions given by the BUYER. The BUYER therefore waives any recourse due to misuse, a breach of the confidentiality of his data or fraudulent use of his account.

All reservations are final. They can be modified up to 5 days in advance depending on availability. With less than 5 days, no changes, cancellations or postponements are possible. Deposits paid are not refundable.

The WEBSITE is available in French and English versions. However, in the event of a dispute, only the French version of the WEBSITE and the general conditions of sale may be used against Cycle Boat.
A reservation cannot be transferred or resold for commercial purposes. If a reservation is transferred or resold in violation of this article, the holder will be refused access.
If USERS are late for a reserved SESSION, Cycle Boat may decide whether or not it wishes to start the tour. In all cases, the Cycle Boat must be released at the time stipulated in the initial reservation. Cycle Boat reserves the right to refuse access to USERS whose delay is 15 minutes or more. The times will be systematically reminded in the confirmation emails sent.
In the event that Cycle Boat is administratively closed due to force majeure (pandemic, nuclear explosion, etc.) or due to bad weather conditions not allowing navigation, then Cycle Boat will limit itself to offering a free postponement of reservations affected

ARTICLE 4 – PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on the online reservation form on the WEBSITE.
The BUYER and/or USER who enters their telephone details on the WEBSITE already agrees to be contacted by Cycle Boat by telephone or SMS.
The BUYER providing the contact details of other players / USERS (first and last names, telephone numbers, email addresses) authorizes Cycle Boat to send information and commercial offers to them.
Cycle Boat undertakes not to transmit the personal data of its USERS to an external company, without the request of an authority authorized by law and within the framework of the legal provisions in force.

ARTICLE 5 – SECURITY

The USER undertakes to respect all security measures given to him, whether contractual, displayed on site or given orally by Cycle Boat staff.
Each USER undertakes to read and respect the safety and fire protection instructions. Any behavior going against the measures issued will result in the immediate cessation of activity without reimbursement whatsoever.
Cycle Boat staff reserves the right to refuse a participant to board if they consider that they are unable to respect the measures.
The USER is aware that it is absolutely prohibited to bring objects considered to be (1) physical dangers (explosive, flammable, oxidizing, pressurized or liquefied gas, corrosive), (2) dangerous to health (toxic , corrosive to the skin, irritant/sensitizer, carcinogen/teratogen) and (3) dangerous for the aquatic environment.

ARTICLE 6 – PHOTOS AND CAMERAS

Photos of each team of USERS may be taken. These photos may be used by Cycle Boat to feed its WEBSITE or its digital ecosystem (Examples without restriction, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.).
Cycle Boat cannot be held responsible for the use made of the photos by USERS and/or the BUYER.

ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE LAW

These general conditions are subject to Belgian law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

Article 8 – MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to modify all or part of these general conditions at any time. These possible modifications will be enforceable as soon as they are posted online and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close the site, without notice or compensation.
